Navicular Disease Q&A
Emergency Services: As always, we remain committed to providing emergency services to our clients and patients. Nothing has changed here. In the event of an emergency always call (303) 791-4747 to reach our emergency veterinarian on call. Please do not try to contact one of our veterinarians directly on their cell phone during an emergency (this is always true).
Appointments: Currently, we are asking that you please limit the number of people present at any appointment to the horse handler. Other people should not be in the veterinary work area. Please respect social distancing and physically stay back 6 feet from the veterinarian or technician. Please allow our technicians to handle your horse while you remain at least 6 feet from the veterinarian and technician. IF YOU ARE SICK PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATIVE HANDLER OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. DO NOT COME TO THE BARN!
Spring Vaccinations: We are currently scheduling for Spring vaccinations and our 2020 Wellness programs if we are able to maintain social distancing for the safety and health of both you and our staff.
Picking up medication/dropping off samples: Call the office before arriving to pick up/drop off anything. The front office is closed but we can coordinate pickup/drop-off and payment over the phone. Our office hours if you need to contact the clinic will remain the same (Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm).
Payment: We are accepting payment over the phone via credit card
